T-A-G (Task, Action, Goal)
The T-A-G framework makes creating prompts easier by breaking things down into three simple steps: Task, Action, and Goal. It helps you stay focused, get things done, and understand what success looks like.
🟣 Task:
What’s the big picture? This is the “what” you’re trying to accomplish. Think of it as your mission for the moment.
🟣 Action:
What’s the plan? These are the specific steps you’ll take to tackle the task. It’s like your to-do list for making progress.
🟣 Goal:
What does winning look like? This is the result you’re aiming for. It’s where you want to end up once the actions are done.
Example of the T-A-G Framework for a LinkedIn Creator
Task: As a LinkedIn creator focusing on professional development, your objective is to help your audience create a personal branding strategy that highlights their skills and expertise.
Action: Create a LinkedIn post outlining three actionable tips for building a strong personal brand, encouraging your audience to reflect on their unique strengths, and prompting them to share their own strategies.
Goal: The post should empower professionals to start thinking about their personal brand and take steps toward building a unique, engaging, and professional presence on LinkedIn.
